Carl A. LaRosa has always been an entrepreneur, serious real estate investor and astute decision maker. Maybe that is why in 2002 it was a seamless transition from retail franchise restaurant ownership to begin his real estate career. A lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, his circle of clients reaches from the Mississippi Gulf Coast into New Orleans and southern Louisiana where he represents both buyers and sellers in their transactions to purchase and sell real estate.
According to Carl, “I thought I was smart enough to negotiate for my restaurants, the long term leases within enclosed regional shopping center malls, it wasn’t until after the lease was signed that the landlord (feeling slightly guilty) showed me in the lease so many points I should have been more aware and more careful to help my position within the lease. That was when I realized I needed the professional assistance of an expert in real estate.”

At the same time, he has also had great success with Waterfront, resort and new construction, Homes in West Harrison County especially Pass Christian and Bay St. Louis.
As a resident of West Harrison County, Carl was approached by many clients from Louisiana with request for help with their real estate needs. That prompted him in 2013 to obtain his Louisiana Realtor’s license. That additional license gives him more flexibility to care for all the needs of his Louisiana clients, including access to their far-reaching Multiple Listing Service for even greater exposure for selling properties for both Mississippi and Louisiana.
